Congratulations! You are graduating!
Here is a quick overview of the deadlines:

At UDTS, we recommend that students submit their Dissertations/Theses at the earliest to get a head start. All Dissertations and Theses must go through Format Review. The deadline to submit for the first round of Format Review for the Fall 2026 semester is November 2nd at 5:00 pm.
It is common for Dissertations and Theses to go through multiple rounds of format review. Students must pass the Format Review on or by December 2nd at 5:00 pm.
Once the Dissertation/Thesis has passed the Format Review, the student has successfully defended (if a defense is part of their degree program), and their committee has approved the document’s content, the finalized version must be submitted by the Final Submission deadline: December 4th at 5:00 pm.
Note: UDTS deadlines are firm and unchangeable. Failure to submit on time will result in graduation being delayed until the next special registration semester or regular semester. Please read UDTS policy for further information.
