Workshops and Information Sessions

We offer the following sessions through University Libraries Workshops and Events:

  • Informational sessions on the Process you must complete in order to graduate on time.
    • UDTS Coordinator Sally R. Evans teaches these sessions.
    • All of these sessions are online.
  • Workshops on the Word templates
    • The sessions taught by UDTS Coordinator Sally R. Evans are all online.
    • The sessions taught by UDTS Staff Member Hannah M. Thompson are both online and in-person
  • Sessions related to Accessibility requirements
    • Informational Sessions
      • We have been working with our colleagues at George Mason’s Assistive Technology Initiative to develop Accessible materials that are in compliance with ADA Title II Accessibility Requirements for Digital Content.
      • In an effort to introduce these changes and inform students, faculty, and staff, we will offer informational sessions starting in late August 2026 and continuing through Spring 2027.
      • These informational sessions are all taught by UDTS Coordinator Sally R. Evans, and they are all online.
    • Workshops for the new Accessible Word templates
      • As part of our efforts to develop Accessible materials, we have created Accessible Word templates.
      • In late September 2026, we will begin offering workshops teaching the Accessible Word templates.
